If you are planning to build a new home we offer a free preliminary consultation. The process may then develop into conceptual sketch designs following on with a 3D computer generated sketch design with ample opportunity to revise and change the plans to fully meet your needs and budget. The final process is the documentation of construction drawings, a Colours and Material Schedule and a six star Energy Efficiency Rating (EER) that will be utilised by building professionals, trades and suppliers to build your new home.
